Cucumber Margarita Recipe

Summer is here and this refreshing cocktail recipe made with fresh fruit is a breeze to make for you and your friends. Taryn and Blair are whizzes in the kitchen so they are showing us exactly how to get the party started.

This is our favorite go to drink on a warm and sunny day! Here, we use fresh cucumber juice, but you can substitute any fruit you have in your fridge and throw it in a blender, like watermelon or cantaloupe, or fresh squeeze some tangerines too. This is an easy recipe to play around with, so you can change the ratios to your liking!

Serving Size: 2 (strong) margaritas

Ingredients:

• 1 peeled and sliced English cucumber (or 3 peeled Persian cucumbers)
• 1 tablespoon of water
• Your favorite blanco tequila
• 8 ozs fresh squeezed lime juice or limeade, or a combination of both depending on your preference (add less lime juice if you don’t want it too tart)
• 1 pinch of flaky sea salt

  1. Peel and slice cucumbers, and place in the blender. Add 1 tablespoon of water and blend until smooth.
  2. In a cocktail shaker, add 1 part of the cucumber juice, 1 part of the limeade/fresh lime juice combo, and 1 part tequila. Add a pinch of flaky sea salt, a scoop of ice and shake until the cocktail shaker feels really cold.
  3. Pour over ice and if you’re feeling really fancy, you can garnish with some fresh cilantro. Enjoy!!
